  • Summary
  • In my 9 years with Takashimaya, I have been managing tenants of the food court (Food Village). I am to monitor the sales of each tenants and also the quality of food. Strategy planning, budgeting, forecast and store promotion mechanics are also plan and proposed by me. During the negotiation with our tenants regarding promotions and also pricing of food, I also plan leasing terms and sourcing of tenants which is done by me and also to propose to management.
