Jeremy Lee

As a medic under SCDF, my role was to assist paramedics to help patients, such as checking blood pressure, sugar level, temperature, oxygen level, heart ECG and bandaging patients. It was challenging for me as I do not have any past medical background. This is the very same SCDF ambulance which patients call 995 for emergencies.

I worked at PC Clinic as a part of my ITE internship, did the following as part of my job :

• Performed troubleshooting and diagnosis on malfunctioning devices such as laptops and computers.
• Maintained quality assurance and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Inspected computers to identify areas of wear or causes of malfunctions.
• Observed computers operation to diagnose and troubleshoot reported issues.
