JENS HAVIKEN

JENS HAVIKEN

SINGAPORE

Summary

I’ve worked everywhere from small start-ups to giants like IBM, Accenture, and Microsoft. I’ve launched new ventures, scaled them, and run company-wide change programs. Along the way, I turned Techstep into the Nordic go-to for Managed Mobility, doubled revenue at Dustin Norway, and helped Kinly stay ahead of a fast-moving market. Strategy execution, business growth, and organisation design are my home turf. I thrive on turning ideas into results, building winning teams, and making sure customers and partners see real value. With board-level vision and hands-on tech know-how, I’m at my best when the stakes are high and the pace is fast.

Four more acquisitions increased gross profit from 230 MNOK to 416 MNOK (FY17-FY20 pro forma) and shifted revenue composition to 60% from software and services. Under my leadership, Annual Recurring Revenue from software doubled to 66 MNOK. Today, Techstep is recognised as a top Nordic Managed Mobility Services provider by Gartner Group, with over 300 employees.

Over the following four years, I led a comprehensive turnaround which included rebranding, implementing a new ERP system, strategic acquisitions of three companies, and relocating office premises.
