• Assist in preparation and implementation of Project Schedules and Plans.
• Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings with the Clients.
• Liaise and Coordinates with team based on Client’s Project Requirements and deliverables.
• Track the team’s work in progress, workloads and ensure that the deliverables will be on track.
• Preparing documents based on Client’s Requirements such as FAT and SAT, Contingency and Mitigation Plan for Testing and Commissioning, T&C.
• Preparing Shop Drawings based on the Tender Specifications and Site Conditions.
• Ensuring all documents and shop drawings are submitted to the client for review and approval.
• Provide full support as required by the Management.

LYW1-A (Data Centre 3)

Client: Sato Kogyo Co Ltd, Singapore

• Assist in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings, Internal with Maincon as well as with Client and Consultants.
• Liaise with Clients and Consultants on Project Requirements.
• Monitors work in progress and prepare weekly report of the status of each scope and assignment.
• Ensuring all procedures and support calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.
• Provide full support as required by the Management and PMT for all projects.
• Performs Site Coordination, Monitor and Manage the Site work as per requirement.
• Knowledge and Coordination in QA/QC in terms of Fuel Oil Control System.
• Inspect all installations and carry out inspections with Clients and Consultants Representatives.
• Conduct Commissioning and Testing and Preparing T&C Reports of Fuel Oil Control System.
• Preparing Operations Maintenance Manual Reports and conducts Trainings for Fuel Oil Control System.

• Knowledge and Coordination in QA/QC in terms of Fuel Oil Piping System as per Site Requirements.
• Performs Site Coordination, Monitor and Manage the Site work as per requirement.
• Design and Drawing of Pipe Supports and Pipe As built drawings.
• Captures Project progress and VO which deviate from original scope.
• Conducts Commissioning and Testing and Preparing T&C Reports for Fuel Oil Piping System.
• Coordinate with other subcontractors as per Site Schedule.
• Project Planning & Coordination with the Team and Subcontractors.
• Monitor Work Progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Assist the PM with on and off site meetings pertaining to technical issues.
• Inspect all installations and carry out inspections with Clients and Consultants Representatives.

GCGV Yosemite Olefin Project

Project Location: San Patricio County, Texas, USA

Client: ExxonMobil Chemical Company and SABIC

• Design Equipment’s based on Vendor Drawings, Mechanical Datasheets and Instrument information Drawings.
• Operation of vendor print review works especially on horizontal and vertical vessel, rotating and stationary equipment’s.
• Prepare of Equipment Information Drawings including Nozzle Information Drawings and Support Clip Information.
• Prepare of piping arrangement drawings, sketches, Isometric drawings and support drawings.
• Coordinate with other design discipline and check model through Naviswork.
• Understands and Knowledge in Piping stress analysis and loading data.
• Performs Piping Detail Design work using 2D/3D Cad Softwares and clash checks through 3D Cad Softwares.
• Prepare pipe route study and develop pipe support design in 3D model.
• Performs Consistency Check with P&ID and P&ID changes.
• Prepare and update Loading Data and other Information Drawings.

• Supports site engineers based on inspection of material certificates and vendor drawings.
• Execute quality standards, inspection processes, quality plans, documents and reports.
• Review material certificates and nondestructive reports.
