•Perform full spectrum of payroll functions including calculation, staff claims, various allowance, commission, administration according to company policies and procedures.
•Ensure all payroll data for new hires, resigned staffs and staff confirmation/promotion/increment being collected, checked and compiled on time for payroll processing.
•Prepare, update and maintain HR Reports and Records such as personnel documents, staff movement, medical claim record, etc. Ensure all records and data pertaining new staff, confirmation, transfer, and resignation are correctly recorded and updated. Responsible in the administration of personnel transactions covering employees transfer, promotion, employment change status and separation.
•Reviewing and monitor staffs' monthly attendance record and leave application in system according to company policy.
•Responsible in preparing letters such as Appointment/offer letter, letter of Re-designation, Transfer letter, Confirmation letter, Show Caused letter, Warning letter, Acceptance of Resignation, Termination letter etc.
•Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Handling staff's on-boarding (Orientation) and off-boarding process (Exit Interview and Exit Checklist).
