Community engagement and training: Conducting Training sessions and meetings to raise awareness and provide guidance to communities on various rights and issues. Advocacy and government liaison: assisting communities in articulating their problems by aiding in the preparation and submission of application the government. Focusing on issues such as lack of road connectivity in village, you facilitated the application process from start to submission to various government offices.

Water shed management and infrastructure projects: collaborating with the water shed management team and engaging in diverse activities including GIS ( Geographic information system) implementation, Gabion ( a method of erosion control using stone filled baskets) and retaining wall construction. Additionally overseeing and monitoring the progress of these infrastructure projects to ensure their effectiveness.

Expertise development: attending training sessions organized by state government as a master trainer on the Forest right act. Site Supervision: Overseeing the construction site for residential buildings. This Involved monitoring and supervising various stages of construction activities: Layout, Foundation work, Beam and column casting, Slab casting, Super structure works, Other construction- related tasks
