My Journey with Golf Building Skills On and Off the Course
I began my golfing journey at the age of 11, and it quickly became more than just a sport it became a teacher, shaping who I am today. Over the years, I had the privilege of representing my club in numerous tournaments, including international competitions. One of the highlights was traveling alone to Batam, Indonesia, to compete, an experience that pushed me to step out of my comfort zone and embrace independence.
Through these tournaments, I learned critical life skills that extend beyond the golf course. Golf taught me the art of problem solving, as each hole presented unique challenges requiring strategy, focus, and adaptability. The sport’s solitary nature also honed my independence, as I often had to rely on my own judgment under pressure.
