I’ve gained valuable experience working across both sales and outreach roles — from promoting CCTV solutions at W.H. Security Systems to pitching aviation programs to parents at the Singapore Youth Flying Club. At WH, I developed the ability to understand client needs, explain technical solutions clearly, and build trust through consultative selling. At SYFC, I engaged parents and students during events, presenting program benefits in a persuasive and relatable way. These roles have strengthened my public speaking, client engagement, and communication skills, all of which I’m eager to carry forward into new challenges.
