  • Specialized in Thinfilm CVD Process, donning the role of High-Density Plasma (HDP) and SACVD process owner.
  • Leader of a major breakthrough project, 100% Helium Substitution with Nitrogen which aims to eliminate the dependency on Helium in a worldwide supply shortage scenario.
  • Provided technical assistance to production team when issues arose (E.g: Defectivity, Quality, SPC non-compliance).
  • Collaborate with equipment engineer and vendor for new tool startup and qualification of process through CRB (Change Request Board)
  • As the SPC Coordinator of CVD department, ensure SPC compliance of process control.
  • Ensure CpK of 1.67 for Key parameters is achieved 100% for 2 years running.
  • Coached newly hired employees and interns while observing progress and delegating tasks.
