With over two decades of high-impact experience in financial services, I am a seasoned executive specializing not only in Privilege/Private banking but now also business processes, change management, and automation.

My current experience in Robotics Processing and Automation(RPA) has led to multiple changes in processes for front lines and support staff saving hundreds of man days per year. Such time and costs saving translates to more efficiency for the sales and service staff in dealing with client requests, as well as re-engineering internal processes to work more effectively


My previous experience as a Relationship/Team Manager, Private Banker and subsequently Cluster Head has provided me with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders, strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team as well as honed the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
