- Develop corporate accounts in PCBA, box build, burn-in service & engineering services
- Understanding the customer objective for each project
- Build & maintain strong relationships with external accounts
- To provide some presales and some solutions to customer/prospects
- To look into the customers’ complaints on quality, delivery, service etc & recommends corrective measures
- Resolve all customer issues in a timely manner
- Regular update on customers demand, company new products, market conditions
- Negotiate & prepare BOM, costing, quotations to customer
- Work together with buyer for sorting the components & parts for customer RFQ
- Negotiate with vendor for the better pricing of the components & parts material
- Coordinate the project with planner & production dept to assure the smooth delivery.
