Being in the real estate industry since my first job in 2002, I walked the ground up from doing general marketing to leasing to real estate development. I believe I would be able to share my experience and add value to my future employer.
During my tenure in Tuan Sing Holdings, I also look after overseas projects in Perth, Shanghai and Indonesia.

· Marketing
a) Identifying and working with Interior Designers on developing and enhancing the visitor experience to Showflat
b) Identifying and working with Creative agency on marketing collaterals like brochure, advertisement, showflat design,etc
c) Work with sales team on strategy planning, implementation and execution of events to generate more leads.
d) Work with agencies on social media, digital marketing, perspectives, virtual tours and animation
e) Handle and manage advertising space (18R, 896,etc)
f) Conceptualizing and developing advertisement designs, layouts,etc
· Leasing support
a) Support leasing team in terms of preparation of marketing kit
b) Executing online and offline campaigns to gather new leads
c) Supporting the team on design planning, trademix, lease negotiations, if required
d) Tenant relations
e) Provide tenants on marketing support, ads space requirement
f) Planning and execution of adhoc events for Landlord-Tenant relationship
· Corporate Branding
(a) Working with digital team on conceptualizing, developing and execution for Tuan Sing loyalty programs
(b) Working with digital team on setting up various marketing channels for corporate branding (i.e wechat, apps, etc)
· Sales support
a) Preparing handover kit for TOP projects and coordinating on handover procedure
b) Liaising with solicitors in the preparation of Option to Purchase, Sales & Purchasing Agreement and sales related documentations
Major accomplishments: Managed to fill up all 70% of the office space that was vacated by Capitaland at Robinson Point within 4 months of marketing.
Major accomplishments: Maintaining the occupancy rate for “area before upgrading works” at above 90% while only 2/3 of the mall is operating. Securing new leases with Body Shop, Wink Optics, Bossini, Harvey Norman, Iora, etc
Senior Manager, Marketing
Major accomplishments: Maintaining the building’s occupancy rate at an average of 95% (office & retail). Securing Rock Productions as the anchor tenant for the auditorium space, formerly occupied by Shaw Theaters. Assisting with the expansion plans for established companies like BHG, Ku De Da, Simmons, Infinity Wealth, Infocus Asia,etc.
Major accomplishments : Securing new leases like Black Alice, Substance. Working on renewals with World of Sports, Sol Mart,etc. Assisting corporate firms like Bayes, Unilever, with their expats’ accommodation plans in Singapore at The Cathay Residences.
Major accomplishments : Maintaining the occupancy rate at an average of 95%. Securing retail leases with POSB, Mong Hing Restaurant, Chuen Chuen Restaurant. Assisting with the expansion/relocation plans for established companies like Bintan Resort Ferries, Micros Fidelios, Panpac Media, Arup Singapore,etc
