• Responsible for teams capacity planning and work allocation. Involved in on-boarding of activities and preparing project plans for transitioning of activities among different teams.
• Performed quality checks and led various crucial projects and implemented effective controls to ensure accuracy and timely deliveries. Also trained new hires and interns. This helped them transition into their current roles. Additionally made a training plan for the CI and ESG team members where they could further get aligned to different Rating Groups.

• Worked for the Internal Client Service line for Knowledge Management Tax process. As a KM Associate I had been aligned to Partnership and State and Local Tax (SALT)
• Research on competitor intelligence and Robotic Process Automation for various SALT and Partnership service offerings. Applying tax technical skill knowledge in understanding the legislative and statutory tax laws and sharing it with tax practitioners and clients.
• Authoring new tax knowledge content to fill gaps. Working closely with US based subject matter reviewers such as the National Partners and knowledge mangers. Reviewing tax content due to expire for relevance and updating as required on the Internal webpage (KSource). Done using html coding.
• Expanded my knowledge on various research tools such as RIA checkpoint, BNA and Capital IQ. Working on complex research projects has made me enhance my tax technical and research skills while demonstrating ownership and high attention to detail.

Received a Spotlight award for research on Robotic Process Automation for Tax.

• Conducted internal reviews of financial statements, identifying errors or inconsistencies that could impact overall tax liability calculations.
• Worked on U.S entity Federal and State returns 1120, 1120 S and 1120 F. Preparation of Extensions and tax payment vouchers using GO system as a tool to file returns.
• Worked on U.S. Return of Partnership Income 1065, K1 partnerships for tax returns. Also worked on CDO (Collateral Debt Obligations) and Filed Passive Foreign Investment Company (PFIC) Statement for shareholders.
• Collaborated with colleagues to research complex tax issues, ensuring accurate interpretation of regulations and laws.

Received the Extra miller award by leadership for Demonstrating high degree of quality and paying attention to detail.

• Worked one-on-one with clients to improve Floor plans and Planograms specifications.
• Led the JAS (Jewellery/ Accessories/ Shoes) and A&A Folded Merchandise (Apparel and accessories) pyramid ensured streamlined communication with US partners.
• Building Planogram and Adjacency for Target stores, keeping in mind the best presentation practices and strategies followed by Target Corporation.
• Setting up tables/macros for Planogram finial audit and Proofing for critical and high visibility reports.
