1. My position is the front line of the managing agent in responding to each user, to ensure that the facilities management services under the contract have been properly rendered and performed.

2. I carry out weekly inspections to sites and monitor the scheduled maintenance of the term contractors and submit weekly inspection reports to client.

3. My role is to also be a site supervisor and assist the professional quantity surveyors in all site measurement and records. Uploading all field data to centralized computer system.

4. I certify and endorse job completion from contractor

5.Call quotations, evaluating and recommending to SIAEC users for works outside the maintenance contracts; provide a technical report if necessary.

6. Assist in the conduct of project management meetings monthly with datas extracted from various platforms used for the project.

7. I have handled 4 different SIAEC sites on my own which includes Changi Airport sites and travel from one location to another to fulfill client requests.

1. Plan Pest Management Operations
• Collaborate with the teams in the management regards to contracts/projects.
• Attend client briefings/meetings to establish expectations, KPIs, service level agreements and related work processes.
• Create a detailed plan on the requirements for manpower on a daily basis.
• Plan work schedules of teams to ensure pest management work is carried out effectively and prevent any form of overlaps.
