  • Worked with the Board of Trustees to ensure that the vision, mission, philosophy, goals, and objectives were achieved; Recruited a team of staff and teachers who were committed to the vision, mission, philosophy, goals, and objectives of ICS; Gave guidance in developing strong lines of communication between ICS and the various stakeholder communities; Provided leadership in developing and maintaining a rigorous academic program that enabled the entrance of students to top universities and colleges around the world
  • Managed a $10 million dollar budget for our non-profit school through the Covid Crisis; Developed a Crisis Management program with the Admin team to manage school operations during the Covid crisis; Led in the design and management of a system of evaluation and accountability for all ICS personnel; Developed a program of faculty and staff personal and professional growth; Worked with the admissions department in the overall recruitment process to maintain and enlarge the student body; Related to the appropriate Singapore governmental bodies and officials and ensured that various governmental requirements for ICS were met; Worked with the Board to develop an annual giving and capital campaign; raised $500,000; Oversaw a robust Professional Development program that included the implementation of Standards Based Assessment and Learning; Led the Admin team through successful accreditation visits from Edutrust (Singapore), ACSI and WASC; Oversaw a multiple year process of developing a new five year Strategic Plan for ICS
