During my tenure at OLIVER, I was primarily responsible for managing the H&M account, with a strong emphasis on adaptation specifically for the GCN market, and a few work with NEA region (Japan & Korea).
My role involved close collaboration with the Global hub (located in London and Sweden) to ensure that global marketing materials were effectively tailored to meet the unique cultural and client preferences of Chinese audiences.
I engaged daily with cross-functional teams to adapt campaigns, ensuring that messaging, visuals, 3D motions, videos, and promotional content resonated with local clients while adhering to brand guidelines.
Additionally, I facilitated seamless communication between the global hub and our local teams, streamlining processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of campaign execution. My contributions were vital in maintaining H&M's brand integrity while ensuring that our marketing efforts were both globally aligned and locally relevant for the GCN market.
