- Appointed as supervisor on 1 August 2022 to manage ground crew personnel and arrange planning schedules for RSAF to achieve operational requirements.
- Promoted to Senior technical officer on 13 April 2023. I was assigned as the overall in charge for Sembawang airbase ground support equipment with 16 personnel under my care and to make sure requirements are met for RSAF flying operations.
- Work closely with RSAF personnel to maintain and schedule their ground support equipment’s to prevent any short fall in operations and work closely with high level RSAF personnel to address on their concerns faced on a monthly meeting schedule.
- Promoted to Assistant engineer on 24 July 2023. I was assigned to support all 4 air bases with project support,data collection analysis, drafting of technical drawings and documentations, development of prototype system for testing, performing research and developments and assisting technicians in need of troubleshooting of equipments.
- I was assigned to enhance safety procedures to prevent any incident occurrence through out RSAF bases.
