• 2015: In this year I joined Equinix as a technician. I handled tasks such as troubleshooting, maintenance, and provided basic support. This role focused on practical, hands-on skills.
• 2017: In the year 2017, I geared up to take up the role as a Facility Technician II with AFSM for one year. Assisted in the development of emergency response plans, ensured that all personnel are well trained on evacuation procedures and emergency protocols, inspections, and audits. That period I reported to fire safety manager.
• 2019: In the year 2019, I attended internal network training, and I was shifted to combined ops team. I have gained knowledge from the networking department and understood the backbone of an organization's IT infrastructure. I understood how the devices are interconnected, the use of servers, switches, and other networking components, Cross-connection, how to troubleshoot the cross-connection circuits, server reboot, Server configuration as provided by the customer attached instruction notes. It's interesting and I was glad to have gotten this opportunity.
• 2022: In the year 2022, I got a chance to upgrade my grade to Customer Operation Engineer III. These 8 years in Equinix, I had faced many incidents and learned to troubleshoot them and gained experience and recognition. I can confidently say that there is no red incident reported during my shift. I am always focused and committed to my work.
