- Oversaw a $290M Restoration of the Istana with the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), a highly secured compound where security was paramount. Demonstrated strong stakeholder management with political office holders and leveraged communication skills to build trust, secure buy-in, and alignment with PMO to meet project goals and deliver on time.
- Managed $250M development of Outward Bound Singapore at Coney, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Community & Youth, is a first-of-its-kind campus for Secondary 3 students to build life skills, confidence, and resilience. This project was awarded during COVID-19 pandemic, which required creative, out-of-the-box solutions to navigate the challenges posed by the circuit breaker including seeking waiver from Ministry of Finance for negotiations with shortlisted tenderers.
- Assisted the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment in procuring consultancy service through Building and Construction Authority Quality Fee Method framework, reviewed the consultant’s estimate and life-cycle costing, addressed Ministry of Finance Centre for Public Project Management (MOF CP2M)’s queries, and secured Gate 1 approval.
