I am a recent civil engineering graduate and just started my first job in SG. After 6 months of working in SG, I have learned on how to manage my own time and know which tasks should be prioritized. The most valuable thing that I learned from this company is how to communicate with people such as the PM, engineer, and even the site supervisor to get things right. Besides, i have also learned the difficulties that may face at front end which can provide me an important insight if I transfer to backend. However, I would like to enhance my professional knowledge, which this company rarely provides to me. That's the reason for my leaving.
