Basketball and going to the gym are two things I genuinely enjoy and make time for regularly. I don’t play to compete. I play because I love the rhythm of the game, the movement, and the way it helps me clear my mind. Whether I’m shooting around with friends or just enjoying a solo session, it’s one of the ways I stay grounded and energized.
The gym is similar for me, it’s more about consistency and self-discipline than chasing numbers or records. I enjoy the process: setting small goals, showing up, and feeling the improvement over time. It helps me stay focused, motivated, and balanced in my day-to-day life.
These parts of my life have taught me patience, routine, and how good habits build real results. I carry that same mindset into work, steady effort, staying committed, and always trying to be just a little better than I was yesterday.
