In January, i was having a Internship program for 6 months, the following months i was doing part time and the Head Chef in Mandarin Oriental asked if i wanted to continue Part time, through the remaining time in Mandarin Oriental, they have given me the opportunity to be involve in F1 and other type of event, like military events for Air Force and the SAF and many weddings that they have given me the opportunity to be involved in it.
In November, I started work in Fat Burger through the times i was in Fat Burger, i have managed to learned how to make many things from scratch and through the times in Fat Burger i have learnt time efficincy and maintaining the upright standards and the SOP.
In December i have excelled so much that the Big Boss in Deelish brands has notice and asked if i was interested in joining their second brand name 800 Degree Woodfire Kitchen. I have managed to learnt how to make pizza and also imply my skills of Western Culinary, to fulfill the expectations of the company.
