• In 2022, serving as the Managing Director of my company, I successfully lead my employees out of the Covid-19 Pandemic with Zero job losses. Our revenue in 2022 grew by 45% from pre-pandemic year 2019 with positive Net Profit Margin.

• From 2019 to 2021, I served as the Chairlady of the Audit Committee of Khoon Group Limited. I am responsible of leading the audit committee in all aspect of its work.

• In 2014, I was invited to be a speaker and panelist at the Inaugural CAIA-SKBI Cryptocurrency Conference at the Singapore Management University, a joint event by the Sim Kee Boon Institute for Financial Economics (SKBI) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association (CAIA). I spoke on the topic of Implications on Accounting for Digital Currency.

• In 2011, I was invited to speak at the BIR World Recycling Convention & Exhibition 2011, Singapore, on the topic "Singapore - Meeting ASEAN Fibre Demand". Bureau of International Recycling (BIR) was founded in 1948, was the first federation to support the interests of the recycling industry on an international scale. BIR has over 760 member companies from the private sector and 36 national associations in more than 70 countries.

• In 2009, I headed the educational project for NUS Business School (National University of Singapore). Where Business students got a chance to work with and learn from successful small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). I was Mentor to a group of 3 Final Year students of the NUS Business School for a year.
