• Served as the subject matter expert for both direct and indirect tax; collaborated extensively with cross-functional teams in strategic business initiatives, e.g., expansion into new markets, new product launches, new entity setup, setting up new online stores, setting up physical retail stores in South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, etc., e-invoicing projects, projects to manage GST/VAT rate changes, SST, etc.
• Manage direct and indirect tax audits and litigations, including onsite support in-person meetings with tax authorities of different jurisdictions
• Review corporate tax returns and tax provisions for the APAC region

• Review TP documentation for the APAC region, perform detailed analyses and determine TP pricing in line with TP policy, review year-end TP adjustments
