Veeva System Management (Veeva CRM, Veeva Network, Promomats Vault and Salesforce)
- Work with HQ on system migration and launch
- Onboard system and roll out trainings to all affiliates in SEA
- Provide continual training & support to all Veeva platforms below
- Provide timely support and answer inquiries to all countries in SEA
Event Management
- Provide support to all Marketing events including webinars, symposiums and speaker tours in all markets with the region (Budget control, processing payment, logistics, invitation material management etc.)
- Key person for venue management, registration, billing, stakeholder management during event
- Event statistics manager – online & offline events, consolidate pre/post event reports.
- Coordinate and arrange internal meeting
- Support meeting request from medical team
Administration
- Vendor management (due-diligence, payment)
- A&P tracking, expenses management and liaise with finance
- File management and access management to relevant system
- Assist marketing team to submit materials for review & approval in Veeva Promomats

- LuDO coordinator (SOP System) - Ensure user access, track records of SEA office on SOP certification and assist user with system issue
- Manage Company website – ensure information on site is up to date at all times
- Provide secretarial support to VP, Drug Development Satellite, SG (DDS, SG) (Travel management, expenses etc)
- Responsible for administrative and operational aspects of medical information and Medical compliance in DDS, SG
- Meeting organizer for meetings hosted/supported by DDS SG (Budget control, processing payment, logistics etc.)
- Super User for various relevant IT systems
- Provide administrative support to Clinical Research Functions
- Company website (LU SG) / email box administrator – ensure information on site is up to date at all times and emails are disseminated
- Perform supportive role for Clinical Data Manager
- Provide Secretarial and General/Trial Specific administrative support to CDC, AP
- Event Handling. (For both trial and non-trial related meeting) As meeting organizer, to oversee the entire process in close collaboration with CDC, AP staff.
