- STRAIN GAUGE TEST (SME)
- Perform Strain Gauge test according to request.
- Strain Test for – Press-fit machine, depaneling Machine, ICT Fixture, MA Station, and Automation Robotics & Manual Jigs.
- Troubleshoot the ICT fixture, Assembly Process & jigs once strain test result FAILED.
- Identify potential problem areas and try to resolve it. Work with the requester.
- INITIAL ICT FIXTURE BUY OFF (SME)
- Initial Fixture buy off before releasing to production. (Overall inspection).
- Check all hardware, Probes, Pusher, Tooling pins diameter, Tolling pin protrusion, Gas Spring level (safety), Top plate pocket Clarence for bottom side component & Topside pocket clearance for the topside component. Paint test to ensure pusher did not hit the component. The pusher must 2mm away from the component.
- Registers all new ICT Fixtures after did Buy off & Strain Gauge Test.
- ICT Fixture scrap clearance & Transfer activities.
- Follow up with the monthly PM & CAL schedule and arrangement for all fixtures & testers.
- ICT Fixture Re-probe activity.
- Receptical replacement if found damaged or broken.
- Follow up monthly PM & CAL reports and update them in the system.(PMIPRO)
- Follow up with vendor for external PM&CAL for Testers ( Raise Work Permit].( HP3070,TAKAYA,GENRAD & TERADYNE )
- Work closely with the vendor when the ICT Fixture or Tester is having a problem.
- ICT Fixture & Tester Spare parts inventory control.
- Coordinate Technicians & Super DL Operators to Coordinate, align & guide them to perform Monthly ICT Fixture PM activities.
- Guide them to complete the monthly KAIZEN Project Targets.
- Coordinate my techs to troubleshoot the fixture if found damaged, broken, or missing items during PM.
- Responsible for test equipment and fixture calibration and preventive maintenance.
- Revise Test Documentation, Procedure & General VA & Wi.
- Purchase spare parts, Probes, office items, Tools & general items if needed. Keep inventory all the time.
- Inventory control for ICT Tester spare parts & cards, ICT Fixture spare parts.
- Weekly meeting with KEYSIGHT, TERADYNE & COMWARE Team to update the issues and spare parts.
- DAILY TASK Safety Line Walk and briefing for Teams.
- Coordinate daily morning short meeting (Discuss yesterday issue).
- PROJECT Safety Lock Mechanism for ICT Fixture (DBP Competition) Penang Plant Level.
- Dry Ice Cleaning for ICT Fixture Probe (DBP Competition) Penang Plant Level.
- Cost Saving for Strain Gauge Test (A3).
- Implement Weekly PM for Standard Machines. (Internal).
- Implement Risk Assessment for standard machine (Safety).
