Responsible for overall operations- online grocery:

• understanding of the E-commerce set up
• inbound/outbound
• pick/pack/dispatch
• Inventory control
• Staff movement/manpower planning
• KPI monitoring to achieve desired results
• Stakeholder management
• Assets management
• Expiry management
• Ensure a safe work environment for staffs and external vendors

Suggested location based inventory(LBI) system to central team(APAC) and participated in successful implementation(June 2022), for ease of picking & putaway.

Oversee entire warehouse operations;

• lead & train team of WH staffs on specific roles
• inbound/outbound, pick/pack, storage to location, liaison with 3rd party on stuffing/unstuffing containers
• periodic cycle count to mitigate inventory discrepancy
• coordination with transport team to ensure timely deliveries to fulfill customer orders
• coordination with customer service team with regards to correct navigation of incoming/outgoing goods in WMS and in accordance to FIFO/FEFO

Planned & successfully executed two inventory migrations (cold & dry warehouses)

• joined as Coordinator, partake in daily store activities
• liaison with internal logistics arm pertaining to storing & withdrawal of raw/cooked materials from automated storage and retrieval system(ASRS)
• book in/out inventory in SAP; performing other tasks such as data entry, create purchase order, generate storage document, involve in BOM(bill of material) formation
• promoted to Supervisor, to guide a team of store men and production packers
• initiate regular stock check/movement to support production volume
• drive monthly stock take process, tallying to system and troubleshoot variances
• roped into an Executive role, acting as Head of Logistics Dept for 2 manufacturing entities within group
• in charge of team compromising store personnel & delivery drivers, credibility of internal storage facility and distribution, route planning, vehicle maintenance

• joined as a Storekeeper, perfom daily store activities such as pick/pack, assisting drivers in loading/unloading and stand in delivery assistant/driver
• prepare specific samples for MD's overseas client meetings, call courier firms to arrange pick up and/or generate courier documents
• participate in yearly stock take, inventory arrangement and mitigating discrepancies
• involvement in HACCP & ISO audits
• promoted to Senior Warehouse Associate, taking charge of internal store operations
• assumed a secondary role of 'warehouse coordinator' in the process where being accountable for all outgoing shipments from 3rd party warehouse; witness process, conduct quality check and report any defects, ensure permit documents in place
