I hold 15 years of international experience in IT ranging from software to customer and infrastructure support, AV design and deployment and project management within the Corporate Infrastructure Services (CIS) team.

  • Design and deployment - video conferencing (VC) enabled rooms from the ground up including acoustics, lighting and technologies for our customers, understand the various types/sizes of rooms, and feel comfortable with the delivery process.
  • Project management and planning - involved in intake and project management aspect of Audio Visual infrastructure to new sites and office expansions throughout Asia and Europe and assisting in the installation and technical deployment of core IT and audio visual devices of auditoriums and conference rooms.
  • Vendor management - liaise with vendors on hardware procurement and integrators on installation project timeline.
  • I am the key interface when engaging and interacting with stakeholders (Global Real Estate and Facilities, integrators and internal CIS team) capturing key requirements for developing complex AV solutions
