*Prepare proposed layout plans, design concepts & mood boards for the landed house projects.
* Prepare selection of laminate, stone, tiles, color palette for the client to propose.

*Prepare documents and design ideas for the presentation of the client meetings.

*Summarize the datas from the client meeting and prepare and amend the drawings.
* Produce detailed construction drawings, M&E drawings, section drawings and roof plan drawings.
* Understand the design which I propose is functional for the clients and align with the HDB and URA.
* Produce 3d rendering drawings for the clients to understand the design and to visualize.
* Analyst site inspection and prepare and amend the drawings as per the site conditions,
* Explain the sub contractors to understand about the drawings.
* Prepare project schedule and book slot with the sub contractors for the project.
* Arrange workers and sub contractors to go and work to the site.
* Coordinate with suppliers, vendors for the project to work smoothly.

*Coordinate with the suppliers and vendors to get pricing for the quotation.
* Coordinate with project manager, supervisor and sub contractors to secure the work completion align with the project schedule.
* Handle client enquiries and workers enquiries associate with the project.

• Provide technical drawing such as AutoCAD drawings, electrical wiring drawing
• Provide space planning, design ideas and proposal for the ideas to the clients including preparing draft quotations for potential customers
• Manage client meetings, presentations, and walk in clients to collect requirements and present design proposals
• Collect detail data from the clients upon conversation in the meeting
• Collect pricing from the suppliers and sub-contractors and provide quotations based on proposed design works
• Prepare project schedule and update to the owner
• Arrange and schedule the slots with the carpenters, workers, sub-contractors which involve in the project to ensure smooth coordination
• Coordinate with contractors, and vendors to ensure project timelines are met on time and within budget
• Oversee project progress, resolve issues and inform updates to owners and company
• Quality check on products arrived from factory and sub-contractors
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and satisfaction
• Organize showroom and order and arrange materials, equipment, samples and catalogs
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation works of supplies and materials
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, invoices and coordinate with the accounts for the payments from the clients and other contractors
• Responsible to find out cost-saving opportunities and strategies to improve profitability for the company
• Manage multiple projects from conception to completion

• Responsible to draw and design residential projects and commercial projects
• Responsible to communicate with the owners and make the design meet with their criteria
• Responsible to communicate with associated project's sub vendors, suppliers, projects coordinators and so on
• Project management for renovation works including site supervision and project coordination
• Manage to make quotations and explain to the owners about the costs and make the design to meet with their budgets
• Responsible to take part as a interior designer in the commercial projects in 2D drawing, proposing design, proposing furniture and making rendering until the owners meets with their criteria
• Manage to prepare detailed drawings, working from rough drawings and specified to prepare full scale & detail drawings of interior designs to clients
• Manage to modify designs based on the new information or the request of the clients
• Manage to submit multiple versions of one drawing to the client for final approval
• Manage to maintain design files for all design documents including working drawing, as build drawings, shop drawings, submitting and other such documents
• Responsible all architectural drawing, material sample submission and method statement are submitted on time
• Work with the design manager to produce detailed working documents for assigned projects
• Assist design manager in development of proposals, pricing and presentations for design work

• Prepare detailed drawings, space planning and layout plan
• Responsible for the 2D, 3D drawing, Elevation drawing, Sketchup and Vray rendering
• Responsible to make presentations and power points for the clients
• Responsible to make checklist for room survey and interior renovation
• Responsible to draw shop drawings complete with design concepts, color theory, lighting effects which need to be complete with the client's likes and dislikes
• Responsible for preparing and submitting shop drawing for site and discuss and explain about the drawing with the onsite engineers
• Update and make corrections to drawing as needed if the clients ask to revise
• Ensure to complete assignments within the schedule
• Responsible to go and check the site for surveying
• Responsible to use the budget furnishings if the client ask for the budgeting design
• Work with the senior designer to produce detailed working documents for assigned projects
