
Having worked in various industries had benefited myself in areas of growth such as adaptability and flexibility to respond to changes and challenges. My first job as a Studio Operations Assistant had allowed me to be more sensitive to errors which may lead to serious consequences. My job as a Public Relations Manager has also enabled me to enhance my leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask. Having worked with both internal and external stakeholders have aided in fostering good relationships which would help to improve productivity and efficiency in various areas of work.
Joining Fabrix Shades Pte Ltd as a Sales and Admin Manager is definitely a huge step for me, especially with no prior knowledge and experience in the area of expertise. I have, again, proven that I can take up different challenges and excel in various scope of works.
- Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, and conduct on-site surveys with clients.
- Maintain an organised filing system to enhance information retrieval processes.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline communication and improve workflow.
- Ensure smooth daily operations with the timely completion of all essential administrative tasks and responsibilities.
- Manage difficult customers, and find solutions to cater to different needs.

- Assist with miscellaneous admin work, such as hiring, basic payroll, and claims.
- Daily media scanning (both online and offline) to look out for potential feedback or complaints made to the Town Council, or the estates managed by the Council.
- To produce educational posters, banners, notices, and advisories to be put up around the estate.
- Working with vendors to produce festive banners, National Day billboards, and bannerettes to be put up around the estates.
- To produce annual wall calendars to be distributed to all households in the estates managed by the Council.
- Producing exhibition posters and newsletters for events such as the Neighbourhood Renewal Programme (NRP).
- Worked on producing quarterly newsletters to be distributed to all households within West Coast GRC and Pioneer SMC.
- Draft and create content/artworks to be put up on the digital display notice boards, installed at all lift lobbies in HBD flats within West Coast GRC and Pioneer SMC.
- Reply to media queries and draft press releases.
- Draft MP messages for special edition newsletters, and translate written messages from English to Chinese.
Send written messages or speeches to translators to translate into Malay and Tamil languages.
- Draft MP speech in both English and Chinese for events such as the Neighbourhood Renewal Programme (NRP).
- Maintaining the Town Council's website, and working closely with the vendor on updating and uploading content.
Working on in-house translations from English to Chinese and Chinese to English. I am also required to type in Malay and Tamil languages.
- Preparation of the annual report and agenda papers for the Press and Publication Committee.
- Work closely with grassroots organisations, contractors, the People's Association, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Other ad hoc duties include managing the Town Council's phone system, purchasing Town Council staff T-shirts, engaging photographers for town events such as the National Day street celebration, the Tree Planting event, the NRP, etc.
- Promote cycling culture in Singapore through exhibitions and events hosted at the Shimano Museum.
- Educate the general public on cycling ethics and safety awareness.
- Conduct educational tours within the Shimano Museum.
- Event planning.
- Operate broadcasting machines for live telecasts, such as EVS, Server, Visual Mixer, and Profile (for commercials).
- Design logos and graphics using broadcast machines.
- Basic video editing using Final Cut Pro.
- Produce graphic designs using Adobe Photoshop.
Other duties include tape dubbing and acting as floor manager during major cup events.
