- New UltraflexPlus project setup on Major Company Strategic Account, Qualcomm MSM Setup. Lead the pioneer setup of Q12 single head follows by upgrading to dual and then quad cells. Support the application team from correlation to production phase.
- Micron Singapore New Nextest Platform, MagnumII/V/VII setup with MTBF improve from 200hrs to more than 2000hrs with greater than 275 Installbase todate. This MTBF improvement has avoided the needs to provide additional free warranties extension to customer. Provide the necessary support and knowledge sharing to other Micron region setup in Malaysia and India sites. Establish strong relationship and trust across Micron Singapore Engineering, Production and Procurement team which in terms set the bridge towards other region relationship building.
- Lead the first MagnumV XV Tel hinged setup in subcon, UTAC. Managed customer escalation and emotion when TEL hinged delivered model was not within the height specification and customer has to dismantle clean room ceiling for extra height clearance during hinge movement.
- Leading negotiation between internal Engineering team and customer, Micron cross functional teams and on the long outstanding systems payment hold issue pertaining to invalid respond on magnumV UPBY. Strategically success in leading a breakthrough on payment release between customer central procurement team and their technical team.
- Lead and manage the install base ramp for Linear Technology ETS364 of 156 systems including the major escalation management due to faulty regulator in ETS364 power supply. Established Satellite ETS364 Power Supply Repair Service with 3 systems capabilities in Singapore Demo room within two weeks and starts producing rework unit within 3 days.
- Manage the major escalation from Linear Technology top management with regards to Catalyst RF(purchase from third party) MM failure within days. Identify and narrow down on the rootcauses leading to MM failure and eventually won back the trust from Linear Technology management to purchase Catalyst RF system from Teradyne AFM rather than from third parties.
- Win and breakthrough first sale of Ultraflex to Global Foundries Test Development(TD) team where Verigy dominate all their TD testers in their lab. Eventually leads to 15 systems sale comprises of J750, IFlex, ETS364, MagnumII, IPJ750 and UltraflexHD.
