  • Provides confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Department of Paediatrics
  • Serves as a primary point of direct administrative support to the doctors (A group of 60+ registrars)
  • Performs all facets of the administrative support for the doctors posted to the department/services, including orientation programme; teaching and training; dissemination of important departmental / Hospital / Singhealth and MOHH information; reminders of important activities, lectures, meetings, conferences; appraisal; issuance of call room card; monthly roster; HR and any other issues
