But that wasn't enough! Milestones (2009 onwards) include:

  • Constructed a portable platform out of 2 abandoned metal shelving for moving bulky merchandise in a restricted indoor space
  • Influenced a key member of the senior management to take a momentous step forward as a role model, overcoming the fear of change
  • Coordinated effort between HR and core business to reestablish and maintain a consecutive "A" grade from 2016 to 2018 in the Annual Security Agency Grading Exercise
  • Introduced a series of advanced problem-solving strategies between 2009 and 201. A noteworthy instance comprises an overnight behavioral shift using gamification by applying a collaborative balance scorecard metrics improvised template which also fostered problem-solving individually and as a team.It was then adopted by other HR teams.
