• Received product from assigned rack that is given to individual operator.
• Checked each and every single product piece by piece for dents, scratches, oil patches and etc.
• Once products are checked, products must be weigh to a certain amount
• Once everything is correct and confirm, product must be tied up with cable tie and 2 bar code must be pasted on the plastic before sending to back end for packing.

• To check and verify paperwork and mobile whether it is correct, to indicate what is faulty.
• Phones to be put in the oven to heat.
• While waiting for the phone to heat, send paperwork to backend for the requested parts.
• Once heat up, mobile back cover to be dismantle and faulty part is to be remove and change.
• Once everything is change, mobile is sent to a press machine to be press down.
• Only then will software be check and verify everything is correctly installed accordingly to mobile model.
• Lastly check, verify paperwork is all done correctly.

• To retrieve stack number from pc
• To locate stack number from racks or machine and transfer stack to designated racks accordingly.

• Go for briefing
• Go to designated areas assigned to officer
• To ensure that all keys are in the storage box, paperwork are all done and correct
• And to make sure that there are no problem occur before or during shift
• To make sure all clock in are done while checking all premises are clean and no one is hanging around
• Handover everything when all keys and paperwork are check and done

• Assist the team with assembling mechanical and electrical of products. Also thorough inspection of products with correct parts, paper work and visual defects.

• Machines are calibrated according to procedures and lead frames.
