Reduce total Delivery Orders and Invoices by 30% by implementing central purchasing

• Ensure strong accounts receivable function (billing & collection) in a shared service setting across University.

• Drive 2 RPAs (Robotic Process Automations) for Billing and Ageing ReportCustomisation.

• Support the new SAP Hana Implementation roll out.

• Reduce AR Ageing balances by 40% in 3 months and implement control policies on close follow-up actions.

• Ensure strong accounting and reporting throughout the group, including overseeing and monitoring an effective control environment and providing strategic information and advice to the management team.

• Collaborate, design, implement and review finance systems, policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and contemporary relevant practices.

• Involve in pre-opening and stablisation of the newly open 343 rooms Hotel (Shanghai based)

• Lead a team of 13 financial professional staffs covering Accounting, IT, Revenue, Purchasing, Payroll, Tax and Regulatory Reporting.

• Formulate the Hotel Financial and Operating Procedures.
