· Prepare and provide shop drawings, method of statement (MS), and Project Technical Document (PTD) for daily operations, ensuring their submission to DDC/ERSS consultant, client, and authorities.

· Submit and obtain approval for traffic diversion works, drain diversion, tree felling plans, site acquisition Temporary Occupation License (TOL), and Electrical High Voltage Notification (EHVN) clearance from SPPG.

· Plan and coordinate the activities of surveyors, supervisors, and subcontractors for site setup, sheet piling, grouting, shaft excavation, and pipe jacking works.

· Identify and raise design issues and clashes during technical and design meetings.

· Monthly, technical meeting minutes and prepare technical reports.

· Coordinate with authorities and stakeholders to obtain work approval for future construction activities (e.g., SPPG, PUB, C&W, Singtel, NetLink Trust).

· Monitor site progress and proactively resolve conflicts prior to construction work.

· Attend site meetings to address public inquiries.

· Assist project managers in work scheduling and planning by providing updates on site progress, budget, and resource allocation.

· Support the implementation of mitigation measures related to geological formations for underground works.

· Regularly update the daily progress in the Geo-motion system.

· Aid in the coordination of daily operational tasks such as machinery and manpower arrangements, while considering site progress.

· Coordination and collaboration between the management team and site teams.

· Negotiate supplier quotations within the allocated budget.

· Create meeting slides and document meeting minutes for technical and design meetings.

· Collaborate effectively and promptly respond to inquiries from clients and consultants (RFIs, COS).

· Assist in the preparation of tenders by utilizing awarded contract information from Gebiz.

· Conduct a thorough and detailed analysis of the Architect's or QP's Tender drawings to assess their feasibility for construction.

· Ensure that essential structures such as road reserve lines, land property boundaries, and drain reserves are updated, along with adjacent buildings, to optimize site utilization and implement measures to mitigate issues related to site acquisition.

· Incorporate the underground services, such as SPPG cables/joint bays, water mains, and telecom cables, into the submission layouts by comparing them with the information obtained from physical trial holes conducted on site.

· Develop alternative proposals for ERSS shaft designs, manhole relocation, and pipe jacking alignment, aiming to minimize the need for services diversion and create viable construction space on site.

· Generate coordinated drawings to be submitted to relevant QPs (Qualified Persons) and subcontractors.

· Successfully submit and obtain approval from the appropriate authorities (e.g., PUB, SPPG, LTA, Npark) for the final design of ERSS, manhole structures, and pipe alignment.

· Keep the construction drawings updated with any services diversion and structural changes, ensuring the publication of accurate final as-built drawings.

· Prepare detailed shop drawings for approval by agencies and provide necessary guidance to supervisors prior to the construction stage.

· Present construction sequencing with visually depicted methods for complex work procedures, aiming to avoid repetitive tasks.

· Plan and oversee the operations of various subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards and target completion dates.

· Supervise manpower and LEW (Licensed Electrical Worker) inspections for machinery and arrange logistics, including lorry cranes, mobile cranes, and trailers.

· Manage pipe quantity, delivery, and storage on a daily basis.

· Prepare monthly progress claim and bill of quantities [BQ]
