- Process the General Declaration which we receive the names and identification numbers of Freighter and Private aircrew, the inbound or outbound aircraft registration and their country of origin or their destination, prior to their arrival or departure in or out of Singapore
- Facilitate freighter and private aircrew arrival from airside to their transport
- Handle unique tasks including delivery flights of Airlines, departures and arrivals of Commercially Important People, Off-loaded passengers and Not to Land (NTL) passengers
- Handle the sanitation management for the aircraft
- Mentor newly hired staff

18/09/2023- 29/09/2023, Learning Express Jakarta @ Pelita Harapan University, Participated in a Sustainable Innovation Project in Indonesia, in which we went to the village to help improve a villager's lifestyle with a solution which is practical yet sustainable in the long run. Built and delivered a prototype based our villager's needs and insights and presented the proposed solution to our villager.
