• Manage a team of Crew and Leads whose duties involve performing role of Park Ambassadors and maintaining Park’s cleanliness (including restrooms). Providing welcoming admission experience at turnstile and ensure guests have valid ticket types for admission for the parks.
• Ensure Park facilities are ready for daily operations, exercising discretionary operational decisions as and when needed
• Manage projects (Team Members roster, manpower, training & events) and perform various administrative duties such as daily reports
• Work with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders in execution of operational related matters (Cleaning, Pest, Landscape & Waste management) and special projects.
