Able to understand basis operations processes and relate to environmental compliances and requirement i.e Scheduled Waste (SW) management, Industrial Effluent, Air Emission, Environment Impact Assessment (EIA), Environment Management Plan (EMP).

2021 : Lead the Special SW311 Disposal at SOGT
Background : In 2021 SOGT received compound from DOE Sabah for keeping excessive oily sludge inside the terminal SW311 (Oily Sludge). Hence SOGT was directed to disposed all the SW311 via Special Waste Management
method i.e direct shipment from SOGT to disposal facilities i.e Trienekens in Kuching and Kualiti Alam in Negeri Sembilan via direct shipment (door to door concept).

Result : Able to clear-off the backlog SW311 without any incident within the time frame

2018 : Lead the "selling off surplus chemical stored at SOGT chemical shed". Background - SOGT had been keeping surplus chemical inside it chemical shed (around 1000 drums) and had passed the shelf-life span. By selling the surplus chemical, SOGT able to : 1.Cost avoidance of
RM476,000 (based on actual 963 drums SW disposal charges) 2.Recoup RM 25, 000 for selling the expired chemicals 3.Relocation of SW to its dedicated shed as designed 4. Relocation of chemicals to its shed as intended
designed 5. Permanent closure temporary SW shed near HP flare. The project completed without and HSE incident.
