• Obey all rules and regulation of Seatrium.

• Carried out repair vessels type of Oil tankers, LNG & LPG carrier, Container vessels, Car carriers, USNS Navy vessels, Bulk carriers, Passenger & Cruise vessels etc.

• Coordinate with ship superintendent, owner representative, ship repair manager and chief engineer regarding repair scopes of each vessel with job of Diesel engine, turbine engine, compressor, coupling, lube-oil pump, steering gear pump, valves and LNG cargo pump.

• Rigging/Lifting of M/E cylinder head, Piston and LNG cargo pump.

• Carried out repairs such as cylinder head, piston, main bearing, crosshead bearing, crankpin bearing, thrust bearing, engine governor remove/refit and turbine rotor.

• Taking of Engine crankshaft Deflection and bearing clearance before & after repairs vessel

• Carried out ballast sea water pumps, sea water circulating pumps, Emergency fire pumps remove & refit etc

• HP & LP turbine engine overhauling and taken thrust bearing measurement

• Carried out various type of steam line valves, boiler mounting valves Turbine generator & feed water pump Overhauling

• Maintained good aptitude and manual dexterity aptitude

• Responsible & accountable for production and safety.

• Putting reference mark before removal of any part such as M/E attached pipe line, turbine HP/LP casing bolts, flexible coupling, cargo cryogenic pump, cargo relief valve, ISIBS relief valve etc.

• Performance to remove/refit Diesel engine attached pipe line, high pressure pipe line, exhaust bellows, cylinder head, fuel pump, piston, staffing box, connecting rod, bearings etc.

• Carried out repair such as Provision crane & hose handling crane hydraulic cylinder ram.

• Carried out HP & LP turbine bolt remove and casing lift up, rotor, diaphragm, internal packing, gland packing, oil deflector remove and checking as per service engineer instructions.

• Astern guardian & Manoeuvring valve remove/refit.

• Carried out repair such as plate cooler, tube cooler remove & refit.

• Carried out heater N2 pressure test & survey and Boiler safety valves PRV pop test.

• Carried out repair such as Anchor & mooring windlass brake band remove/refit and load test.

• Working with service engineer for Main engine overhauling, Turbine engine & Generator jobs.

• Carried out lifting & shifting any kind of mechanical/machinery equipment.
