• Conduct safety training, induction, and briefing sessions for supervisors, workers, new employees, and subcontractors, covering company safety policies.
• Perform regular WSH inspections, monthly committee inspections, and internal audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Identify WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions, and notify team members of health hazards.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Support and monitor the implementation of WSH improvement actions and maintain safety protocols.
• Organize WSH coordination meetings and ensure adherence to Emergency Preparedness and Response Plans (EPRP) during emergencies.
