Handling entire process from product development to production & shipment which includes design approvals, budgeting, fabric selection for upcoming season, color lab-dips approvals, Tech-pack creations, sourcing vendors, frequent factory visits. Sampling, Costing, Price negotiations, Factory allocations, Pattern manipulation & approvals, Fit approval, Garment specification & trims, creating production timeline, wash-care label and print details. Conducting market research and creating benchmarks to develop upcoming business & product categories. Evaluate the performance of suppliers on continual basis, escalating any issues to GM and taking corrective measures to improve performance when necessary.
