• Setup an EU B2C store for delivery across 28 countries, supporting 7 languages, and handling transactions in 2 currencies.
• Implemented various payment options like Credit Cards (3DSecure), PayPal, Klarna, Sofort, and iDeal for secure transactions.
• Integrated a variety of third-party services to enhance user experience and operational efficiency, including FlowBox for Instagram post integration, Trusted Shops for trust badge implementation, Turnto for managing reviews and ratings, Attraqt for catalog enhancement, Narvar for streamlined returns processing, Awin for advertising integration, ExactTarget for email marketing, and Channable for feed management.
• Developed features such as Curbside Pickup, Order Status Check, Subscription Management, Out-Of-Stock Notifications, Login Recaptcha, and an easy-to-use Drag-and-Drop Merchandising tool to improve user engagement and streamline shopping processes.
• Lord and Taylor LLC (2014-2018) :
• Generated detailed documentation to assist other developers and facilitate future maintenance efforts.
• Monitored daily jobs, addressing job failures promptly, and generating reports as needed.
