Support shift supervisor to ensure production schedules are met.

Carry out on-going production operations on DCS and site.

Perform data logging & patrolling.

Perform MFR, Colour & GC (pma) lab test for polymers.

• Perform operations task in the assigned process unit using PLC & Polymer control panel.
• Preparations of Catalyst according to the calculations given.
• Carry out Formulation for production.
• Handle daily operational tasks and participate in plant troubleshooting.
• Perform field logging, routine sampling and plant testing work.
• Follow (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).
• Carry out loading and unloading raw materials charging activities.
• Perform Chemical drumming of finished polymer products.
• Perform warehouse operations for chemical storage using forklift.
• Perform stuffing/unstuffing of containers.
• Stock take of chemicals products in warehouse.
• Prepare outgoing & receive incoming of chemicals.

• Perform uncured elastomer Rheology, ash, Specific gravity, Visual + Colour & Hardness test according to procedures.
• Escalate all incidents of test failures & out-of-spec cases, preparation of reports to deem test compliance.
• Participate in product characteristics trend monitoring, effective escalation & follow-ups.
• Ensure all test assessment activities are accurate & adequately documented in SAP system, MS Office etc.
• Appropriate control to documentation records & retained samples.
• Ensure all related calibration activities are timely & appropriately performed.

• Day-to-day management of the Mice Colony.
• Maintenance of the Xenograft Stock, Drug Administration, Collection of Data etc.
• Assist Researchers in Mice Husbandry.
• Autoclaving & Sterilizing lab equipments & glasswares.

• Perform routine checks on assigned Process units.
• Ensure timely reading are taken in plant areas.
• Collect samples (Brine) from process for laboratory analysis prior to given methods to ensure results are within specifications.
• Labelling of Samples to be sent to customers.
• Chemical Analysis Testing includes of Nacl, Excess NaoH / Calcium & Magnesium, Excess Na2CO3 / Free C12 & PH.
• Reason for leaving: Due to personal housing issues in Singapore, me & my family moved over to stay for a brief period of time in Malaysia (Johor Bahru). Hence I resigned for not being able to travel in & out of Singapore on a daily basis for work.

• Quality Assurance & Quality Control on Printed Tobacco Packaging Products.
• Having a keen eye on defects found on products such as scumming, bleeding, missing dots, embossing tolerance & etc.
• Conduct test on all samples and segregate all perfect samples from the default ones for customers.
• Ensure all test results (IDM Crease, Spectrophotometer, Slip Resistance, Abrasion, Heat Seal, Gloss, Grammage & Thickness & LCC Tests) are within specification.
• Reason for leaving: Changing of working shifts from 6 on 1 off to 4 on 2 off. Salary range decreases due to drastic change of OT hours. Manpower cut down.
