• Provided daily support in Collateral Management Applications with escalated ticket resolution and liaised with business and technical leads
• Monitoring more than 1.5 million incoming trades data from FO systems like Orchestrade, Kondor, Sophis, Murex etc
• Monitoring the market data feed such Pricing Data, Interest Rates, FX Rates, Static Data, Counterparty Data etc
• Checking the calculation of exposure for each regions and balance collateral needs

• Manage interest calculations and produce fully configurable client statements
• Handle Reconciliation of margin call dispute requests
• Monitor the Contract repository tool and contract integration from source MDB
• Monitoring the tableau report generation and quality on daily basis
