Promoted as Assistant Manager in 2019 and support various senior management on various transformation initiatives. Held multiple roles in Bridgestone ever-since to support any SCM gaps identified.

Supply Chain Planning (35%)

· Support development & deployment of best practice supply chain planning processes

· Support deployment of demand & Supply planning processes in Asia Pacific Region

· Support implementation of advanced planning solutions (OMP solutions)

· Solution owner of OMP Solutions in Bridgestone Asia Pacific

· Supports Regional IBP/IRR monthly meeting review processes

· Supports implementation of IBP/IRR process in Bridgestone Asia Pacific Region

· Determines Distribution Ordering Requirements based on Distribution Requirement Planning Calculation methods.

· Determines Safety Stock levels with group companies based on Forecast Volatility as well as Supply Variability

· Supports Monthly Demand Review Process with Group Companies

· Collaborate with Supply Chain teammates from GCs & RHO to ensure alignment of initiatives with strategic goals and drive end-to-end process integration to eliminate process redundancies.

Supply Chain Analytics (35%)

· Implement supply chain KPIs and align definition across Group Companies and across SBUs.

· Define for each KPI its owner, its purpose, description, target, calculation method, frequency of measurement, source, retrieval method, etc. Create, publish and maintain a KPI handbook which captures the before mentioned details.

· Establish & maintain regional database for transactional and master data to support the creation of dashboards and reports.

· Drive the timely and accurate reporting of KPIs by Supply Chain functions across BSCAP RHO and GCs. Identify, address and, if needed, escalate non-conformance.

· Develop regional Supply Chain dashboard using solutions like PowerBi and/or Tableau to facilitate the publication and monitoring of KPIs across the region covering Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics and Procurement.

· Monitor performance of KPIs, highlight underperformance or over-performance and initiate corrective action with relevant function/GC.

· Drive or support root-cause analysis of under- or over-performing KPIs and collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to develop a corrective action plan.

Project Management (30%)

· Custodian of BSCAP supply chain project management templates

· Lead projects and activities with a particular focus on Supply Chain Planning and related technology.

· Ensure projects are carried out in line with the governance standards and delivered on time, to quality and within budget.

Team Lead - People Management

· Currently Manages Supply Chain Analysts as well as External Consultants.

· Creates Training and Development workplan for staff skill enhancement to support digital workplace transformation

Consulting and Business Analyst role

· Design Demand planning, Distribution planning and Budgeting Process with Clients.
· Conduct Workshops to gather User requirements based on their Targeted Design Process.
· Assist and advise Clients on demand forecasting practices on key topics such as, Product/Customer
Segmentation, Normalize Forecast, Generate Baseline Forecast, Forecast Segmentation & building
Forecast Validation Process.
· Provide Training to users with reference to the respective modules they have purchased.

Technical/Operation role

· Manipulate Client interfaces using Xml Generator and upload data into solutions for analysis.
· Participate in Data validation and Interface specification and design.
· Prepare technical documentation to facilitate project implementation.
· Prepare Training documents and conduct training to users.
· Configure Solution according to Clients requirements.
· Statistical Calculation of Client’s forecasts based on Historical data.

Project Management role

· Create Project Management Plan for all Users to adhere during planning phase.
· Analyze Process with users and identify key areas for improvement.
· Gather all requirements for Solution design and create quality assurance plan for validation.
· Monitor Project Progression and ensure all Users provide meet deliverables.
· Create Risk Management plan and update steering committee in a regular Basis
· Prepare Minutes of meeting to ensure Users are aware of current Project status.

Supply Chain Specialist Cum Supervisor (Contract Position)

· Conducts RFQ exercise for selection of freight forwarders/Transport & Logistic service providers.
· Ensure optimum costs for all import and export shipments via Air or sea.

· Enhance current work processes through processes improvement.
· Analyst shipment data and identify cost savings opportunities.
· In-charge of all Shipping , Transport & Warehousing related matters
· Proper filling and update of documents with accordance to audit requirements.
· Supervise a team of staff which operates the Shipping & Transport department
· Lead daily staff start-up meeting and store safety briefing.
· Responsible for staff well-being, training and over-time status

Import/Export LCL Shipping officer.

· Handles export booking/ consolidation/ documentation for clients
