Accomplishments

  • 2013- most challenging part of my life because that's the time we started to build the Exodus learning call center. From small area to a bigger area with the expand of short of time because the client requested to have 500 people or agents within three months. Luckily, we provided his request and he was happy and satisfied.
  • 2017- United support was about to shut down because the former admin staffs were unable to fulfilled their duties and responsibilities to the clients and to the employees. One of the big boss gave me a chance to uplift the performance of the entire center. He gave me one month to do it. With the experience I have in my former company I was able to fulfilled they wanted me to do. They were satisfied and happy, and they put me in charge until I resigned. Helped the performance with other branch located in Malate, Makati City, Pagadian City and Oroquita City.
