Han Min joined Cap Gemini S.E.A in March 2004 as a Senior Manager overseeing the outsourcing office in Malaysia. Cap Gemini S.E.A was acquired by Frontline in November 2004 and subsequently acquired by BT.
Han Min sealed the first Application & Infrastructure outsourcing contract for Frontline in 2005. He was then appointed as Director of Operations in 2006 responsible for pre-sales and post-sales activities in the Outsourcing & Managed Services unit.
He also transformed the Outsourcing & Managed Services unit to yield higher revenue contribution for each employee through:
- Set up a Regional Service Centre to enable the hybrid delivery model in S.E.A to expand the delivery capacity.
Roll out IT Service Management tool to ensure consistent quality services.
- Enhanced the delivery capability through collaboration with the Industry players and tertiary institutions in the region.
Managed S$20 million Outsourcing and Managed Services (OMS) in Singapore and Malaysia focus on:
- Infrastructure Management Services.
- Data Center Hosting Services.
- Maintenance Services.
