I am passionate about the customer experience and continue to strive to bring customer service to a higher level. Having many years of experience in the food and beverage industry, I have learned soft skills on how to interact with different types of customers. This allow me to improve communication skills, problem solving attitudes and positive approaches have helped me a lot in the past and will help me in my work. I need a new career change because I want to have an understanding of the level of customer service of the financial industry.
