data, Operation Times)
• Identify and share best practice; capture and utilize lessons learned. Identify opportunities for new or
improved manufacturing processes to meet current or future requirements

• Oversee daily operation of respective production requirements such as line productivity efficiency quality yield and machine utilization
• Lead a team of 30+ technicians and operators to optimize productivity
• Liaise and work closely with customer to manage the corrective action and resolve quality issues promptly
• Responsible for generating and implementing of all production related procedures such as Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedure and Control Plans
